I not only work with the general fitness enthusiast looking to get in better shape and lose some weight, I am an expert when it comes to relieving chronic pain. Things such as: chronic headaches and trigger points in the neck and upper back area, chronic aches and pains in the knee, shoulder and low back regions and those chronic overuse injuries you incurred many months or even years ago you just can’t get rid of.
As a professional certified in the Integrative Movement System™, I receive ongoing instruction in movement assessment training and can identify non-optimal movement strategies that can lead to chronic discomfort and injury.
I have helped many clients avoid surgery and clients that have been seen by multiple doctors for a chronic condition but found no relief.
