You called this a challenge, what makes this a challenge?

Great question. We call this a challenge because during the 4 weeks you are going to challenge yourself to get off the added sugars, condiments, processed foods, alcohol and gluten based foods. Going cold turkey with these things may seem like an impossible task. But I promise will get easier as you start to cleanse your palette and start to curb that sweet tooth. You are not taking these items out of your diet long term. You will learn how they fit into your life plan and still meet your health and wellness goals.

My life is already so busy, can I really add this on?

Bottom line - you have to eat. This program is designed to take all the guesswork out of it and make your life easier.

Is this something the whole family can do?

Absolutely. The entire family will benefit from getting away from processed foods and learn to enjoy a more health friendly whole food eating plan.

I have tried so many other diets, how is this different?

This challenge is filled with healthy great tasting recipes, daily actions and education you need to understand how to put a sustainable nutrition plan into your daily life.

What if I have questions or need help?

As stated earlier you are not alone. There is a place in the app for messages and a community section where you can connect with like-minded individuals participating in the challenge.
