Transform Your Body with Personal Private Training

This option is perfect for the person who wants a more personalized training experience or may need a little more direction and guidance in regards to their exercise program.

Features included with this program:

All fitness programs are designed to maximize your performance while decreasing your risk of injury.
Individual assessments will be preformed at the beginning of training to further individualize your fitness plan.
Online training access for workouts on the go and when you can't get in for your session.
Training programs can be developed to get you ready for a specific event in addition to the current plan. (Marathon, 5k or PT tests)

Semi Private Personal Training

Private and Semi-private training sessions can be bought as a single session or bought as part of a package. A free consultation is always offered in case you are not quite sure what options are best for you.

Every program I write is based off the Integrative Movement Systemâ„¢ Principles.

If you are just coming off an injury or are prone to recurring injuries when you begin a training program it may be necessary to have some movement correction sessions prior to your first full workout.

Create and achieve your goals.

Finally get rid of those aches and pains that keep you up at night.

Your Completely Fit sessions will look a little different if you are used to working out in a gym. We will first normalize your breathing with 3-dimensional breath work. Next we will work on joint centration so we can better active all the key muscles.

Lastly we will create proper core stability and activation so we create efficient movent with decreased to zero pain.
