This option is perfect for the person who wants a more personalized training experience or may need a little more direction and guidance in regards to their exercise program.
Private and Semi-private training sessions can be bought as a single session or bought as part of a package. A free consultation is always offered in case you are not quite sure what options are best for you.
Every program I write is based off the Integrative Movement System™ Principles.
If you are just coming off an injury or are prone to recurring injuries when you begin a training program it may be necessary to have some movement correction sessions prior to your first full workout.
Your Completely Fit sessions will look a little different if you are used to working out in a gym. We will first normalize your breathing with 3-dimensional breath work. Next we will work on joint centration so you can better activate all the key muscles. Which will lead to improved strength and decrease the likelihood of overuse injuries.
Lastly we will create proper core stability and activation so we create efficient movent with decreased to zero pain.
