This is where I can say Completely Fit stands apart from the rest of the pack. My coaching method does more than just teach you how to follow a generic plan.
Instead of the all-or-nothing dieting approach, I use a sustainable, practice-based approach to build healthy habits into your life, one day at a time.

Unlike other programs that rely on extreme willpower or “one size fits all” meal plans, I’ll help you learn how to eat, sleep, relieve stress, prioritize and plan better in a way that fits YOUR goals and YOUR lifestyle.
You are the expert, you know your body better than anyone else on the planet. That is why you will be in the driver's seat as we work together to create the best plan to meet your needs. At no point will I be telling you what to do, we will always work together to come up with the next best step for you.
You are not going to be able to do this long-term unless you first build the skill-sets needed. Most diets and wellness plans on the market work until you stop using them.
With this program you won't have to count exact calories or points (unless you want to) or anything like that.
And there won’t be a list of foods you can’t eat.
The science-based approach I use will teach you how to look at food differently, listen to your body, and build lifestyle habits that put YOU in control of your health.
Rather than telling you to make a lot of changes to how you’re eating all at once, we’ll focus on changing one thing at a time by breaking your big goals down into highly strategic, doable daily actions.
Over time, all these skills will become habits that result in incredible, life-changing results.

All of your lessons and programs will be delivered to you through the MyCoach app.
Every month you will have 4 online check-ins, during your check-in we will go over your goals and develop your plan together. You are the driver of this program and I am just the coach who will guide you and help move you forward.
In between your check-ins we will communicate through online messaging to adjust as needed.
