    This picture is a before and after of Tom.  One of his big goals was to improve his posture and stand taller, we did some table work for about 10 minutes and as you can see in the after picture he is standing taller.  Great Job Tom!

    My day has started out great thanks to Karen and her ability to improve my overall wellbeing. I have been having sessions with Karen for over three (3) years. When I started, I had no core muscles to speak of (or that I wanted to speak of), had limited strength and balance to avoid injuries as I become older…every day. Today, I have not only “abs”, but “side abs”. I have more stamina as well as strength and have avoided injury thanks to my increased balance. Even my teenage daughter is impressed!
    Of note, is that I do have periodic pains that come out of nowhere! Perhaps I carried a heavy bag incorrectly and hurt my shoulder, elbow etc. Two weeks ago, I did just that and I had been walking around with pain when reaching or lifting. I talked to Karen, she developed a program for me and as of today, I am pain free. I honestly do not know how she does it, but her knowledge and skill related to muscles and how to help them function properly is amazing.
    My life is clearly better with Karen in it! If I am addicted to anything (besides coffee) it is going to see Karen and starting my difficult work days in a better emotional and physical place.
