If you read magazines on a regular basis you will notice all the exercise and weight loss headlines promote lose fast, get in shape quick gimmicks. Maybe they work, maybe they don’t. That really isn’t what is at question here. To lose weight, get in shape and become healthier takes a lifelong commitment. That kind of commitment requires significant lifestyle changes be made.
Can you really make all of the necessary changes in just 6 short weeks? Sure you will be stronger, a little healthier and if lucky even a little lighter on the scale. But what happens when the 6 weeks is over? Have you learned the necessary skills to adhere to that type of workout or weight loss regimen? Will you fall right back into the trap of your old habits?
Instead of opting for the get fixed quick boot-camps and gimmicks look for a program that teaches you everything you need to make the program work long term.
