Home many times do you go to the grocery store and have no idea what you are going to buy? Do you ever start off the week without your meals or your snacks planned out for the week? These two little mistakes could be a big part of your nutritional problems.
Before your next visit to the grocery store plan out your meals and snacks then write a grocery list. Remember to plan for unexpected events. Have emergency meals and snacks that are still healthy and can be prepared in a hurry and eaten on the run if need be.
