I have not worked out in a while, will I survive the workouts?
Absolutely, we have many different fitness levels go through the Transformation Challenge and there are plenty of modifications that can be made to the program so it fits your level. And if you need help I am always here.
How much weight should I expect to lose with the 28 Day Transformation Challenge?
Weight loss amounts will vary depending on how strict you keep your nutrition plan and how many modifications are made to the exercise plan. If little to no modifications are made we have had people lose up to 15 pounds. The average has been around 8-10 pounds in the 28 days.
If I have questions during the Transformation Challenge will I be able to contact someone?
Of course, all of my contact information is included in the success manual. Anytime you have a question or concern you may contact me.
What if I don't like some of the foods contained in the food list?
There are many different foods available in this program and anytime you find something you do not like or have allergies to you are free to exchange it for a similar food.
What if I don't have the correct equipment for the exercises?
That is OK, there is enough flexibility in the program to change exercises whenever you do not have the necessary equipment.
