Belly Fat

 ”I want to know how to get rid of my belly fat.”  This was my latest faq.   Before I answer this question I want to clear up one of the biggest myths surrounding the abdominal area.  Belly fat = lots and lots of sit ups.  There is no such thing as spot reduction, you can not do sit ups alone to remove body fat.

Removing body fat no matter where it is found on your body requires, proper nutrition and the correct amounts of both strength and aerobic training.  Most people when trying to lose weight neglect one of the 3 areas.
