Wii Fit

I had the opportunity to play the Wii Fit game for the first time yesterday (thanks to a friend).  I have to admit it was a very cool experience.  I tried everything - the yoga, strength training, balance games and I even ran.  Now I will have to tell you I made my Wii Mii character fall down, she did a face plant.  The system told me I was running to fast, I saw the banner at the end and I wanted to finish.

My Wii age is actually 7 years younger than my actual physical age.

You may be wondering where I am going with all of this, it’s simple have fun.  I try to make every one of my training sessions an enjoyable experience for my clients.  As a matter of fact a sense of humor is a prerequisite for working out with me.  The next time you workout take a little survey at the end:  Did you enjoy it, did you have fun and what are the chances of doing it again? The answers should be clear: yes, yes and absolutely.  Have a great weekend!
